- Available on orders over £50

- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, with exceptions for some Asian countries and remote areas.

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order for most items. Here’s everything you need to know about our straightforward returns process:
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- Unwashed with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Dog Treats & Chews (opened or unopened)
- Dry Dog Food (opened packages)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in original packaging and include:
- Copy of your order confirmation
- Return authorization number (write on outside of package)
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
