At Dog Featured Sales, we want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our hassle-free returns policy ensures you can shop with confidence.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order for most items (see exceptions below). All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Dog Treats & Chews (opened or unopened)
  • Dry Dog Food (opened packages)

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping address (57 Kirkgate, Bradford, GB BD8H 5ZF)
  • Special instructions if needed

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack items securely in original packaging and include:

  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • Return authorization number (write on outside of package)

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days after return approval

Refund Details

Your refund will include:

  • Full item price (excluding original shipping costs)
  • Taxes where applicable

Processing Times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different size or product? We’re happy to exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

For exchanges:

  • Follow standard return process
  • Clearly state desired exchange item in your request
  • We’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damaged item/package
  3. We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
